I almost always work in teams. It’s way safer (especially in the field) and is lot more fun!

I work as part of a really amazing team! We all bring our different skills to the job and work together to answer questions! I am the neuroscientist and we have a psychologist, a neurophysiologist, a nurse, a project manager, an engineer and doctors!

Mostly in teams – though the teams changes all the time. I’m part of a national research group so for some work my team-mates are in UCD, TCD and UCC. Another project I’m working on is based in the Burren and I’m working with a geologist from the Geopark on that project, and we’re building a team of people who live in the Burren and we’ll be training them to record rainfall and river flows. Ultimately we all do team work and I certainly have learned and learn so much from people I work with.
