I had a really great teacher in secondary school who showed us a lot of cool animals and their parasites. I really remember one day he brought in a dead snake! It was so interesting and had lots of parasites. I got hooked on science and I’ve followed it as a career ever since.

I always loved science and read the books how my body works! I also loved Marie Curie and thought she was really cool! Then when I got to college and I head about Geraldine Boylan and what she was doing to help babies I knew I wanted to work with her and I do now!
