One of the coolest facts I’ve learned in science is that in the past, wildlife managers used to drop beavers attached to parachutes into the wilderness to repopulate areas with beavers! The most interesting thing I’ve discovered myself is when we showed that shrimp which have parasites dig a lot more than shrimp that don’t. Also, when it’s hot, shrimp dig more! As climate changes, we expect shrimp to dig more and also have more parasites! We’re going to have to watch where we’re walking cause they’ll be digging so much.
