I had a lazy eye as well!! This can happen for loads of different reasons. The muscles in my left eye were just really lazy and my right eye decided to take over from it and so my left eye got lazier and lazier! Sometimes it can be due to your brain where the one side of the visual part of the brain has more cells than the other and it decides to try and take over from the other side! It is nothing to be worried about and there are lots of different things that can be done to help strengthen your lazy eye! I had to wear a patch and do different types of puzzles that were exercising my eyes! I also wore glasses and still wear glasses today when I am using a computer or reading a book!
