Question: how does someone get a tapeworm?

Usually from eating undercooked fish. It happens to bears a lot, since they eat mostly raw fish.

Ever feel like you're being followed?
This bear was seen Sunday with tapeworms over two feet long dragging behind it.

Though perhaps unsightly, tapeworms are usually not harmful and may simply be an annoyance to the animal.
